Local Citizen Group Says No to Bear Hunting
RENO, Nev. (AP) – A citizen’s group is appealing the state wildlife commission’s December vote to establish Nevada’s first bear hunting season.
Florida Colleges: BA in management / wildlife conservation, environmental protection?
I'm looking for the universities preferably in northern Florida that titles like those mentioned above. I'm looking for, whether pursuing a career as a game or working Environmental Protection Agency. I love the outdoors and being outside. So if you know of any credibility schools please let me know. A bit of history about myself is that I am about to ETS out of the Army later this year and am looking to move to bigger and better things! Thanks!
Gainesville is not exactly in northern Florida, but there is nothing better than the University of Florida for anything involving wildlife. There are also regional offices may be able to attend based on your choice of major. Otherwise, look in Florida, UNF, UCF, or CUP (if you can stand to be in Pensacola. I can not.), But honestly most of these schools are comparatively poor quality in the open field, compared to UF.
