Connecting solar energy?
I needed an outline on how to connect my siemens s75 solar panel with controller and inverter to my battery bank. Kindly help me with the diagram easy cos I do it myself. I wanted to use my light solar pool and a garden. Net consumption is 600watts. The inverter is 800watts and the bank is 200 A / H
Hausawa Hey, I have to start by asking, is that 600 watt-hours for use by the lights, or is actually 600 watts when running? Too much to ask a panel of 75 watts. You may be able to run a 600 watt light a 800 watt inverter, or may not start, but the battery would be pretty dead after a night or two, and 75-watt panel, which puts out about 4 amps during peak sunlight hours, will take days to recharge the battery.
