Presents field skills
INTERNATIONAL expedition team, driving skills, is running a refreshing Emergency First Aid in course work at the Eden Lodge on Monday 1 March.
The crucial one-day course teaches essential first aid and CPR and accident procedures, intended for all first aid and safety in the workplace.
The course has been prepared in accordance with Health and Safety Act, which states that all organizations in the UK has responsibilities regarding the provision of first aid. The courses are always fun and interactive, but maintain excellent first details aid, for anyone wanting to acquire skills for inside or outside of work.
Izzy Jones, who will run the course, explains that the first field of qualifications 'Aid courses are completely different from anything you may have experienced before. She said: "Always use hands-on practical training and scenarios, sat, not hours in front of a PowerPoint presentation.
"These scenarios and our experience of working in a variety of situations means that always looking for ways to apply the principles of its location – whether in an office, outdoors in the UK or remote Amazon jungle! "
Basic for all field skills courses is the use of practical scenarios to give an extensive practical experience of all the above treatments.
A who attended a field first aid skills was called recently to put their skills to the test. Described: "I had to use my skills to first new- found support after chancing across a semi-conscious older gentleman in the street, which had collapsed and hit his head.
