Consequences of Global Warming
At least in the last hundred years there has been global changes in temperature with increasing temperature, reducing Arctic and the prediction is an increase in global temperature this century. This change will not affect everyone equally and that some will benefit from the changes, while others suffer economically. There will be food shortages due to the changing environment for cultivation. Drinking water will be affected by rain storms and changes in ocean air. The health of humans and animals will be affected by the influx of disease.
There are some who believe that the changes affecting the planet as a whole for cosmological events such as meteors, black holes, super novas and the loss of human fertility. Some scientists believe that our sun will become too hot to support life on earth.
All predictions of cause and effect of heating global point to the eventual extinction of human life. Some of the predictions allow billions of years to become true and others allow less time. The controversy continues as each side presents its own test of the effect of global warming have on human life and wildlife.
